Joel was born and resides in Baltimore, Maryland. Music has been his life since he was very young. He started in his high school days playing the trumpet in local bands. As time went on he advanced to other instruments.
He moved to California where he played in various bands in L.A. One of the bands that Joel was involved with was "Believe All Magic"with Perry Diller. This option brought him to television on the Merv Griffin Show.
He took his country music talents and brought them to Las Vagas as a single artist. The title of Singer/Songwriter for christian and country music fits him best. Joel's songs have topped the charts over the years in the United States as well as European markets.
Joel can perform as a single artist, or with a group from his local area.
